Refund Policy · Effective April 30, 2026

Refund policy.

Every Melody Lane song is custom-made for one specific person from the story you submit. Because each order is produced and delivered uniquely, all sales are final.

1. All sales are final

By placing an order with Korsica Brands LLC (doing business as Melody Lane), you acknowledge and agree that, due to the personalized, custom-made nature of every song, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes single-song orders and any subscription payments. We do not issue full or partial refunds, credits, or exchanges after payment is processed.

2. Delivery failures

If we are technically unable to deliver your song (for example, a system error prevents your song from ever being produced or sent to you), email hello@giftmelodylane.com and we will work with you to deliver the song you ordered. This is not a refund — it is the completion of the original order.

3. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing — it does not refund prior charges, and we do not pro-rate partial billing periods.

4. Chargebacks

By purchasing, you agree not to dispute charges with your card issuer for reasons covered by this policy. Filing a chargeback for a delivered song is a breach of these terms, and we reserve the right to contest the dispute with evidence of delivery and acceptance of this policy.

5. Goodwill exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, offer goodwill resolutions outside of this policy in exceptional circumstances. Any such accommodation is a one-time courtesy, not a precedent or a right.
